Antibiotic Reactions
Synthetic antibiotic drugs indiscriminately kills both beneficial and harmful bacteria. This can result in yeast infections, including candida, diarrhea, poor nutrient assimilation, fatigue, sulphur toxicity, degenerative diseases, and many other conditions.
The average adult has 3-4 pounds of beneficial bacteria or flora constantly in the intestinal tract that support the body in healthy digestion and immune function and promote the following body functions:
- Constitutes the first line of defense against bacterial and viral infection
- Produce B vitamins
- Maintain pH balance
- Combats yeast and fungus overgrowth
- Aids in digestive process
Reccomendations
Application and Usage
Inhalation:
- Diffuse your choice of oils for 1/2 hour every 4-6 hours or as desired
- Put 2-3 drops of your chosen oil in your hands and rub them together, cup your hands over your nose, and inhale throughout the day as needed.
- Put 8- 10 drops of oils on a cotton ball or tissue and put it in an air vent in your house, vehicle, hotel room etc
- If diffusing while sleeping, set your timer off for the desired length of time for automatic shut off.
Topical
You may apply single oils or blends neat or diluted, depending of the oil or oils being used.
Ingestion
The amount of oil ingested varies with different oils. Whether putting them in a capsule or drinking them in a liquid.
- Take 1 capsule with desired oil 2 times daily.
- Put 2-3 drops of oil in a spoonful of Blue Agave, Yacon Syrup, maple syrup, coconut oil etc
- Put the desired amount of oils in a glass of rice milk, almond milk, goat milk, carrot juice, Ningxia Red, or even water and then drink in.
- Life 5: Take 2-3 capsules on a empty stomach before meals during antibiotic treatment
- After completing antibiotic treatment, continue using Life 5 for 10-15 days
